Theater Lighting
School theater productions, lighting design, and technical work
About My Theater Work
I work as a lighting technician for my high school's theater productions, handling everything from basic lighting setup to complex lighting design for plays and musicals. My role includes programming lighting cues, operating the lighting board during performances, and maintaining the lighting equipment.
I love the creative aspect of lighting design - how it can completely transform a scene and enhance the storytelling. From dramatic spotlights to subtle ambient lighting, every cue is carefully planned to support the performance and create the right mood for each moment.
